When buyer visits store to make a purchase, they see the same price listed twice for each product.

In the BackOffice, the locale settings have an alternate currency option where the merchant can add to display prices in two currencies. If the same currency is used for both the primary and alternate options, the price is displayed twice.
The Solution is to either deselect the alternate currency option or change it to a different currency.
Note that prices and totals on the order form are only calculated and shown in the primary currency.
