I have ShopSite 10 sp1 or 10 sp1 r1 and am experiencing some technical problems, are there any patches or new releases available?

Yes, maintenance release 10 sp1 r2 is now available.

This maintenance release addresses the issues listed below:


ENHANCEMENTS:

* adds a configuration option for the FTP Filename for the Google Product Search feature so that merchant's whose Google Merchant Center account is configured under a Multi-client Account can specify a unique filename for the file ShopSite sends to the Google FTP server.

* adds a configuration option for the Google Product Search feature to indicate the Account ID of the Google Merchant Center account if it is under a Multi-client Account so that the API feed method can work for these types of Google Merchant Center accounts (note that the max limitation of approximately 300 to 400 products to use the API feed method still applies, merchants with more products than this should use the FTP method)

* adds Authorize.Net SIM method (this is a 'hosted' payment solution, where shoppers enter their credit card data directly on a page on Authorize.Net's site) as an available payment processing option



SHOPPING CART:

* fixes an issue that would cause an Internal Server Error when adding Quantity Pricing items to the cart when using the en-EU locale

* fixes an issue where a shopper entering only space characters in form fields on Checkout results in garbage characters in the receipts and in the order data

* fixes some reported McAfee (ScanAlert) scan issues regarding "HTTP Response Splitting" and possible cross scripting

* fixes an issue where stores using the Order API feature could see thankyou.cgi produce an Internal Server Error when the shopper finalized the order if a product with an Ordering Option with a lot of high-ASCII characters was in the order

* fixes an issue for stores on Windows servers where a registered shopper who logs out via a Sign Out link placed on a store page (as opposed to the Sign Out link in the shopping cart) would get a CGI error instead of being sent back to the store page

* fixes an issue for Pro stores where products with Ordering Options with doublequotes in the selected option text would cause the JavaScript field validation ('CheckIt' function) on the Checkout screen to not work, as well as any custom JavaScript functions on the Checkout screen that use the Shopping Cart JavaScript Variables feature.

* fixes an issue where OrderAnywhere by SKU button would not work in the unlikely scenario that the product's SKU and internal database itemnum are the same, if the Quantity field was also included in the OrderAnywhere by SKU add to cart form

* fixes an issue where the shopping cart's Empty Cart or Continue Shopping buttons would send the shopper to the store's home page (the MyStore URL) instead of the page the shopper entered the cart from if the shopper had subsequently logged into Customer Registration (or gone to the View/Edit Account menu if already logged in) at the secure (https) Customer Registration URL and returned to the cart via the 'Back To Cart' button in the Customer Registration menu



BACKOFFICE:

* fixes an XML product upload issue that would occur if the QuantityPricing element was not included with the product in the upload file (error "Query failed: table ss_Products has no column named ss_QuantityPrice(1)")

* fixes an issue with the automated XML product download where <script> tags were included in the XML for each product

* fixes an issue preventing the merchant from uploading custom Add to Cart and View Cart buttons from the Setup Wizard if they choose the OrderAnywhere store creation option (error "Invalid Data")

* fixes a Search Logging issue where reports on search terms were case sensitive (a search for 'ball' was reported separately than a search for 'Ball' or 'BALL')

* fixes a Search Logging issue where some searches were being counted twice if the 'Auto new search with stems if nothing found' option was enabled in the Advanced Search settings of the Search Layout menu

* fixes an issue where adding a product via Basic Editing or product upload was using the theme's default settings for the Add to Cart and View Cart buttons instead of the merchant's custom button settings

* fixes an issue with the Setup Wizard's upload menu for Add to Cart and View Cart buttons that allowed a merchant to click the Upload button without first selecting an image (resulting error message was 'Invalid Data')

* fixes a layout issue with the 'Back' button being too far to the left on the 'Step 8 - Ready to Publish' screen of the Setup Wizard

* fixes a layout issue with the 'Basic Editing' button and 'See also: Database Upload/Download' link not being properly centered on the Products menu

* fixes an issue where the list of Customers in the Customer Registration feature was listing customers with a case-sensitive sort



MISCELLANEOUS:

* fixes an upgrade issue where merchants using the Authorize.net payment gateway may have the billing address' Phone Number field disabled after an upgrade

* fixes an issue with the misspelling of the parameter 'function' in the View Cart links created by the new global Navigation feature (note that the View Cart links still worked as intended even with the misspelling)

* fixes an issue with the per-product Cross Sell product's image on More Info Pages was not using the correct size of the image as specified for Product Cross Sell items in the Cross Sell configuration

* fixes an issue where the 'Advanced Search' option would not be displayed on the search results page in Manager stores



TEMPLATES:

* replaces LOOP ITEMS with the separate LOOP LINKS and LOOP PRODUCTS loops for the new version of the old Matte theme

* fixes an issue with the Leaf theme where the additional page links on the Search Results page could not be seen because the background for the white links was also white

* fixes an issue with the Awesome theme where the product blocks for each product on the same row would be inconsistent heights depending on the amount of data for each product

* fixes an issue with the Awesome theme where a product's Text Wrap and Image Alignment settings had no effect on the product's More Info Page

* fixes an issue with the Curved theme where the global Navigation menu was not aligning correctly and affecting the overall layout of some of the shopping cart screens

* adds CSS for Dots, Fade, Leaf, Slate, Swish on Black, Swish on White, Thick Border, and Wallpaper themes to change the cursor to the hand symbol for input buttons

* changes CSS for Crop Circles theme to add the background-attachment property and change background position from middle center to just center

* changes CSS for Wallpaper theme to change overflow:display to overflow:visible

* fixes an issue with the CSS of the Wallpaper theme where the z-index property was misspelled as x-index (which is not a valid CSS attribute)
