Not all websites installed in IIS are listed in the website list when installing a new 6.3.0 or earlier store on Windows 2000

I am installing a new store or adding a new store to an existing ShopSite installation on a Windows 2000 server, but the site I am trying to install to is not listed in the list of sites in the ShopSite installer. What should I do to finish the install?

Solution ID: S5483

A new setup.exe has been issued (located on the ShopSite partners FTP site) for ShopSite v6.3 that resolves this issue. If you currently have ShopSite's installed on your server using ShopSite v6.3.0 or earlier, please use this new setup.exe to upgrade them first, then use this new setup.exe to install your new store and all additional stores.
