Is it possible to configure the URLs to the CGI directories when using the "Add a Store" option in the wwwinstall.cgi?

I have multiple stores running shared CGIs on my server. I'd like to use the "Add a Store" install option to preserve my patches when adding a new store. Is it possible to configure the new store's URL so that it's specific to the domain name of the store?

The URLs for the ss and sc directories can't be configured through the "Add a Store" screen in the wwwinstall.cgi. These URLs may be edited after installation in two ways:
1. Through commandline access, edit the "bo_reg_url" and "sb_reg_url" in the .aa file in the ss directory.
2. Through browser access under Preferences > Hosting Services (settings.cgi), edit the "Merchant CGIs URL" and "Shopping Cart CGIs URL" fields.

An enhancement request has been submitted to allow these fields to be configured during the install process.
