Why won't my Add to Cart/View Cart images display in the store pages when I try to customize them on the Store Pages screen?

Platform: Unix

I choose an image for the Add to Cart or View Cart buttons by either:

1. Using the selections under Preferences > Store Text > Store Pages (worldconf.cgi)
- or-
2. In a Pro store, using Product > Edit Product Layout > Button Customization for an individual product.

After publishing my changes, the buttons I tried to customize are missing from my store. How can I correct this?

If the text field is left completely blank (all text deleted) when the image option is selected , the image will not show in the store pages. Adding any text character(s) into the text field, while leaving the image option selected, and republishing will correct.
This is expected to be fixed with the next release of ShopSite.
