How can the secure shopsite image URL be specified during the ShopSite SC scripted installation?

There is currently no way to do this. A bug has been filed for the problem to be resolved.
As a workaround, that setting is stored in the .aa file in the shopsite directory of the store. This file is a text file and can be edited directly. The setting that you will want to modify is called "image_url_secure".
