Where are the access logs and/or configuration files located if you really do not have an idea of where the ServerRoot may be?

Typically, Red Hat will put their access logs in the /etc/httpd directory by default. They will more than likel be in the conf directory as a subdirectory of the httpd directory. This will help you determine where you need to look for paths to logs in reference to Shopsite's Reports feature.
