I like the idea of an automatic emails to request customer’s reviews however the current features don’t allow us to manage these emails as we need to.
Some of our orders for audio books get cancelled or altered because of unavailability, lack of our ability to deliver in the customer’s time frame, customer changes his / her mind or we have to substitute. These changes occur after we import the ShopSite order into Order Manager. I would not want a review invitation to be sent to customers whose orders had been altered without being able to edit it first. I would not want an email sent to customers whose orders had been cancelled.
