We ship by FedEx and UPS daily and like the delivery time/delivery date that was added for the FedEx shipping options in the SP2 ShopSite release. It will definitely help cut down on shipping info calls. However, we are seeing an immediate issue that this has created. Our daily cut-off time for shipping is 4:00pm Central, if a customer places an order after 4:00pm, the shipping quote presented to the customer is based on "today" even though we are past the cut-off time for the day. For instance, if a customer places an order at 1:00pm on Monday and chooses the FedEx 2Day option, the system shows that delivery will take place on Wednesday, which is correct. However, if another customer places an order at 5:00pm and chooses the FedEx 2Day option, the system still shows the delivery day to be Wednesday when in fact, the order won't ship until Tuesday and they won't receive it until Thursday. We are requesting an "order cut-off" time setting in the ShopSite shipping options that once the time of day is reached, the shipping quotes are based on the next business day. Thanks
