Does ShopSite support Federal Express's SmartPost rates?
Yes, ShopSite 12 (Manager and Pro) has implemented FedEx SmartPost as an option. If you are using a ShopSite version older than 12 please talk to your ShopSite reseller or hosting provider about upgrading to the latest version.
Note that you will also need to have your account SmartPost-enabled on the FedEx side as this option is not enabled in all FedEx accounts by default.
