I have ShopSite v10 r7 or earlier and am experiencing some technical problems, are there any patches or new releases available?

Yes, a group of patches for ShopSite v10 r7 is now available for Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris SPARC, and Windows 2000/2003 Server operating systems. If you have an earlier version of ShopSite v10, please upgrade to ShopSite v10 r7 before applying these patches. Once these patches have been applied, the version shown in your ShopSite backoffice will be v10 r7.1. These patch files address the issues listed below:

* Fixed an issue where stores using the Generic Payment Methods would no longer have access to the data entered by the shopper in the Generic Payment Method field 4.

order.cgi

* Fixed an issue with stores using Tax By Zip where new shoppers could encounter a warning message 'Please fill in Ship to Zip/Postal Code' when initially adding an item to the cart, and a JavaScript warning 'Ship to Zip/Postal Code has changed, please press Recalculate' if the shopper enters a zip and then tries to go to Checkout without first clicking Recalculate.

libsscommon.so.1 (on Windows 2000/2003 Servers this patch file is called common.dll and needs to be replaced in both the 'ss' and 'sc' cgi directories)

* Fixed an issue with Shipping By Currency and Shipping By Weight if the total price (or weight) fell exactly on the upper limit of one of the price (or weight) ranges. In this case the shipping for that range would not be calculated, instead the shipping for the last defined range (or $0.00) would be applied.

* Fixed an issue with Purchase Order numbers not being included in the XML Order Download info of orders placed using the Purchase Order payment type.

* Fixed an issue with the backoffice Products search in Pro where a search term including an '_' (underscore) character would cause the search to return no results.

The patch files are located on the ShopSite partners FTP site in the [your_OS]/v10-r7/patch/ directory, please contact your ShopSite reseller so that they can download and apply these patches for you.
