decimal value of Quantity Pricing price not preserved if using a ShopSite locale that uses a comma for the decimal separator (en-EU)

Product: ShopSite Pro
Version: 6.3
Platform: ALL

I am using ShopSite Pro v6.3 with the locale set to a locale such as en-EU that uses the comma (,) for the decimal separator, rather than the period (.), and when I try to use the new v6.3 Quantity Pricing feature, the part of the price following the decimal separator is not preserved when adding the product to the cart (example: price of 12,34 ends up as 12,00 in the cart). What can I do to resolve this?

Solution ID: S5481

A patch has been issued to resolve this 6.3 problem. The patch file is located on the ShopSite partners FTP site, so please contact your ShopSite reseller so that they can download and apply this patch for you.

The patch file to get to resolve this issue is:

order.cgi

This patch needs to replace the file of the same name in the Shopping Cart CGI Directory (this directory is usually named 'sc' or 'sb').
