Error customer sees with NT ShopSite is this:
Error copying new basket aa info file "e:webclientssavethemanateecgi-bindata/moreip/SSMSB979668749.1000" from
"./basket_info.new" This can be caused if the file "./basket_info.new" does not exist, or if either directory path has incorrect
permissions or ownership. Please alert the store owner that this problem exists.
Solution ID: S04218
This is almost always a permissions issue, as per the error.
