Why am I getting a download prompt as I try to purchase?

Version: 4.x
Platform: NT/Win2000
Solution ID: S04182

With earlier versions of ShopSite on NT, there were some issues with error formatting. This occassionally causes the browser to try to download the error message. Try saving the file as a .txt file and opening it with text viewer like Notepad. There may be a more detailed error message.
