Shipping Option "none" prevents order completion in the cart. Fails before the Thank You screen (thankyou.cgi) comes up.

An error message (ie: 500 Internal Server Error) is received at thankyou.cgi in stores where the shipping option under Commerce Setup > Shipping is set to "none".
