Installation error: "A locale must be chosen to continue."

During installation, the following error message is received: "A locale must be chosen to continue. If no locales appear in the list you must unzip a language pack in the install directory."

The lpscipt-* file is missing from the install directory. Obtain another copy of the install kit from ftp.shopsite.com and check that this script exists among the untarred files.
