Couldn't open file C:InetPubdata/sysflags.

When attempting to access the ShopSite back office, the following error is returned:

Couldn't open file C:InetPubdata/sysflags.

Error returned = Permission denied.

Check that:

1) the file exists.
2) you have the proper permissions(rights) to access the file.
3) the path to the file is correct.

In Windows NT Explorer, right-click on the ShopSite data directory, select Properties.Select the Security tab, click on Permissions button. Verify that the store account set up on the Windows NT machine exists in the list, with at least Change access.

If this error occurs while ordering a product, do the following:
In Windows NT Explorer, right-click on the ShopSite data directory, select Properties.
Select the Security tab, click on Permissions button. Verify that the IUSR_* account (the anonymous internet user) exists in the list, with at least Change access.
