How is the list of credit card expiration dates available on the ShopSite checkout screen configured?

In v4.3 and later, the years are automatically calculated by adding to the current year (up to 14 years). In v4.2, 9 years are added. Some earlier ShopSite versions only added 5 years or had a fixed number of years.
