The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

If the script cannot be run, the CGI headers are missing or incorrect.

Determine whether you are running Perl v5.003 or higher.

Run the ShopSite utility info.cgi, or moreinfo.cgi to determine if Perl is found.

Perl may need to be reinstalled.

Check file type association and file mapping of the server.
