template names for Database Upload Fields changed

When performing a database upload after upgrading to 4.2, pages fail to regenerate correctly.

Check whether Database Upload was utilized prior to upgrading to ShopSite 4.2. If so, please note that the Database Upload Fields for templates have been renamed in ShopSite 4.2. Databases which were used prior to the upgrade to ShopSite 4.2 should be changed to properly reflect the new template names.
