Why is the default tax selection in my shopping cart not the first option?
When a customer adds an item to the cart the selected tax option is not the first one which should be the default value.

This is caused by the text field for the "Add to Cart" button being empty. To resolve the problem enter text in the Add to Cart field under Preferences > Store Text > Shopping Cart. The radio button for Text does not need to be selected, there just needs to be some text in the text box.
