Products not placed on page when using custom templates.

ShopSite 5.0 and 5.0.1. Under certain conditions if your store is using both custom page and product templates some products may not be placed on the store pages.


Solution ID: S05430

A patched version of customparser.pl is available on the ShopSite partner FTP site.

If you are hosted with a ShopSite reseller/partner, please request that they download/apply this patch for you. If you are not hosted with a ShopSite reseller, please contact the ShopSite sales department for information on downloading from the FTP site. To apply the patch to your system:

1. make a backup of the customparser.pl in the ShopSite cgi directory.
2. FTP to the ShopSite partner FTP site.
3. cd to the patch/v5.0.1/perl directory.
4. Download the file customparser.pl
5. Copy the new customparser.pl to the ShopSite cgi directory on your server.
6. Publish your store using a full regen to ensure that the appropriate products are included on store pages.
