Obtaining upgrades and upgrading to the latest ShopSite version

How do I upgrade my ShopSite? For example, I want to upgrade from ShopSite 5.0 to ShopSite 6.3.

NOTE: This solution will work with any upgrade numbers. Example SS 3.5 -> SS 4.1, SS 3.5 -> SS 4.3, SS 5.0 -> SS 6.3, etc.
