Search function is not finding products all the time.

The ShopSite search function is not finding all of the products in the store. Sometimes it will find the product only when searching for the right words. For example, say you have a product called "Great New Product". The search function may find the product if you search for "Great", but it won't if you search for "Product".

This usually indicates that the products are not indexed properly. To reindex them, from the back office go to Utilities -> Publish and click on the Regenerate button.
