Can not find store.auth file when trying to get into the back office on an NT server.Solution ID: S02944
The Virtual directories to the bo and sb directories were not setup correctly in IIS. The User had created a virtual directory to the parent directory of the sb and bo directories and then tries to access each of those directories from there. This causes problems with the auth files. A virtual directory needs to be created for both the sb and bo directories. For example, on most IIS4 system, a cgi directory exists by default called 'scripts'. You *cannot* simply make bo and sb subdirectories of scripts - seperate virtual directories must be created for both of these directories.
