How do you specify additional pull-down menus in a database upload?

When uploading pull-down menus, you use the specified 'within field delimiter' (default delimiter is the pipe "|"). For example, to upload:

Medium
Large
X-Large

you would upload

Medium|Large|X-Large

But how do you upload something for the following?

Medium
Large
X-Large

Red
Blue
Green

---

Specify two of your delimiters. Example:
