When doing a database upload, the shipping options don't show up in the pull-down menus.

When doing a database upload, the shipping options (Ground, Next Day, etc) don't show up in the pull-down menus.

Only certain options require those ground, next day, etc. fields. For instance, if you use Flat Shipping ($5.00/order, etc), then those fields aren't required, so they don't show up. Other methods, such as Base Plus, charge a base price, such as $4.00/order, plus the shipping amount for each product. In that case, you need to know the shipping amount for each product, so those fields will show up. Check out:
