pages don't appear to be updating within frameset

Using ShopSite to create pages within a frameset, the pages don't appear to be updated. Clicking on Reload doesn't bring up the new page either.

The 'Reload' or 'Refresh' buttons, when you have a frameset page in the browser, actually only reloads the frameset and not the individual frames. In order to reload the frame source individually, right click within the frame and choose "Reload From" from the speed menu. Also, Shift-Reload works, but I've also seen this not work on occasion.
